The price of healthy eating

Being healthy takes more than just eating an occasional salad. But finding healthy foods at a responsible price can sometimes be a challenge, especially for a busy student on a budget. What’s the true cost of being healthy? “It’s a lot less expensive to buy junk food. At night when I’m up studying or I’ve just come back from work it’s so much easier to go get fast food then to prepare a meal.” Read the story on Access Sacramento.
