Explorers program gives youth a new look at law enforcement

Richmond’s Police Explorer Program, a training program run by the city's police department to train youth in law enforcement, has been around since the 1960s. "They reach out to youth and members of the community who have been involved with the criminal justice systems, or before they get involved, so they can help them out before they get arrested or anything like that." Hear more from Richmond's Explorers, on Richmond Pulse.
