Though President Obama cautioned against fear-based responses to the tragedy in Paris, France, other leaders have responded to the attacks with harsh anti-immigrant and Islamophobic reactions. "I think that U.S. anti-Muslim responses are uneducated and a reaction that hides the fact that they do not know how to build up a strategy that could fix this complex  problem."
