Are you addicted to your smart phone?

Some experts are worried about rising rates of addiction among younger generations — addiction to drugs like smartphones,  apps, and social media. Almost half of over 2,000 youth in a recent survey said they "couldn’t live without" their phones. Long Beach teens are no different. "Psychologically, I go crazy because I don’t have my phone. It’s weird not having my phone with me because I always have it. It’s not normal." An article on that research and its meaning for area youth is on Voicewaves.
