'In and Out of Shadows’ tells stories of undocumented Californians

A new play tells the story of what it’s like to be undocumented in California, through the eyes of immigrants who qualified for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. DACA offers temporary legal status to people who entered the country before age 17, before 2007. A panel discussion will follow the performance, relating the story to a current policy that would provide health care for undocumented Californians. More information is on South Kern Sol.
