Eastside band joins fight to legalize street vending

“Coyote Hustle,” a new music video by the Grammy-winning Chicano band Quetzal, features street vendors and other workers in Boyle Heights, and portrays their daily struggle to make ends meet. The band’s frontman said they wanted to “bring out the humanity in street vending, really placing it where it belongs, which is a very important piece to our cultural environment.” See the video for the song, from Quetzal’s new album, on Boyle Heights Beat.
