What is a drought and how does it impact Merced?

A Merced teen realizes the scope of California’s drought and talks with three Central Valley residents from different walks of life – a student, a farm worker and a climate specialist – to find out if and how others are perceiving the drought. "When there is a drought going like there is now, water seems to somewhat ignore the smaller communities and flows toward money.
