Esperanza Center gives free after-school learning

Working parents in Coachella get help from Esperanza Youth and Family Center, where kids can go after school.  There, they can get help with homework, or join up with other youth in groups like the Environmental Youth Alliance.  “The center keeps kids out of trouble and gives them a chance to do better things with their spare time. The kids can stay at Esperanza while their parents are working and allows them to also get involved in other activities.”  More details about the Center's program are on Coachella Unincorporated.IMG_4155-480x352
