Underage drinking: Del Norte youth's deadly outlet

Forty-six percent of Del Norte students reported having their first drink by age 11.  Adults, experts and teens with histories of underage drinking talk about the roots of the problem and how to confront underage drinking in Del Norte County and Adjacent Tribal Lands.  "Where you have a lack of things to do you have more drinking... When you have a community that's hurting financially -- there's a lot of people out of work and low-employed...
