Our Community: Khmer Girls in Action

Our Community is a Voicewaves series that tasks reporters with conveying the social vision of a local community group or nonprofit.  Khmer Girls in Action (KGA) is a group led by Southeast Asian and Khmer young women.  KGA plays multiple parts in Long Beach, addressing issues of gender, racial, and economic justice through activism and shows and performance art.
