How rainwater may help save Long Beach from drought

Cal State Long Beach students proposed a plan to help conserve water for sites in a community garden organization, Long Beach Organic. If approved, their prototypes for rainwater catchment systems and fog harvesters will be applied in nine community gardens in the city.
